| Dr. Kravetz is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and pain medicine. Following completion of his residency at the University of California Davis Medical Center, he was a partner in a large medical practice for more than 10 years and provided both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services. As the medical director and chief of staff, he provides direct patient care and administrative direction. Dr. Kravetz combines compassion and expertise to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals |

| Beth has been a part of the HealthSouth team since 1999. She oversees the nursing, respiratory, pharmacy and laboratory departments. Her dynamic style of leadership helps all staff embrace that philosophy. |

Derry has been a member of the HealthSouth team since 2002, and treated patients since 1989. She has a master’s degree in speech-language pathology, and enjoys using new techniques and technology to help patients achieve independence. Hollock is a firm believer that patient knowledge promotes patient satisfaction, and works with her staff to champion support groups and various treatment techniques. |

| Katy joined HealthSouth in April 2009. She has a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Phoenix and is a licensed CPA. Katy has 20 years of accounting experience in various industries including non-profit, transportation and construction. She enjoys working with staff to develop operational efficiencies at Valley of the Sun. This enables the hospital to continue to provide superior patient care and see positive patient outcomes. |

| Danette has been a part of the HealthSouth family since 1997. She worked in various positions with the hospital while completing her bachelors degree in human resource management. She received her certification in Professional HR in 2009. Having worked in various positions within HealthSouth has helped as she recruits for openings and manages all aspects of employee relations. Garcia's positive attitude is an effective tool whether she is interviewing potential employees or providing general orientation. |

During her career she has held a variety of clinical and management positions, which have given her the experience to understand and respond to patients’ concerns, which is a key element in the continual effort to improve the rehabilitation experience for each patient. |

| Rob began his career in human resources in 1997. He joined HealthSouth in 2000 serving as HealthSouth Valley of the Sun's director of human resources. He accepted the role of regional director in 2005. His degree in communication is critical as he deals with all levels of employees, recruits and trains human resources staff in the western region, and works with corporate management so HealthSouth can attract and retain the most talented health care and administrative staff available. |
